Emerging from a dark shadow

This splendid cranio-facial reconstruction of the face of King Richard III was unveiled on 6 February 2013.
It followed confirmation two days earlier that the mortal remains found in the
Leicester Greyfriars car park were those of Richard III.

After 500 years of vilification, let us now hope that Richard can now emerge
from the long shadows cast by Henry VII's spin doctors.

Soundtrack: Processional by William Mathias played by Dr Stephen Ades.   > Listen to whole piece <
