Mongolians Arawashi and Seiro, who are friends, had mixed fortunes in the recent Nagoya Basho.
In only his second basho in makuuchi division, Arawashi scored his first winning record with an excellent
10-5 score. Seiro had a less successful outing in juryo division with a score of 5-10.
